Over the last 5 years I have been flooded with requests for a high quality, fully accredited Christian Coaching Course, and I am pleased to announce that we are now offering just such a course! Many aspiring Coaches requested a convenient format that didn't include traveling four separate times.

The philosophy of Christian Solution-Focused Coaching:

• People already have all the resources they need. Philippians 4:13 "You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you."
• It is positive and solution focused, not problem oriented: Philippians 4:8 "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things."
• It is future oriented: Isaiah 43:18-19 "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland.
• The map is not the territory: Proverbs 23:7 "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he."
• There is no failure, only feedback: Phil. 3:13 "Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead."
• I am in charge of my mind, and therefore my results: Romans 12:2 "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect."
• People make the best choices available to them at the time: Luke 23:24 "Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing" A persons behavior is not who they are: The doctrine of Sanctification and Salvation.

The Art and Science of Coaching; A Transformational Christian Program is a 16-day accelerated learning program that gives participants an experience of being a great Coach, and the skills and resources to launch a Coaching practice or integrate Coaching into ministry or business.

The International Coaching Federation, the largest Coaching body in the world has three levels of Accrediting; Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and Master Certified Coach (MCC). TASC is an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) and includes:

• A minimum of 125 hours of coach-specific training. (Module 1-4)
• A minimum of 6 observed-coaching sessions with an experienced coach. (Module 5, not included in this enrollment)
• A comprehensive final exam that evaluates a student's coaching competency. (Module 5, not included in this enrollment)
• Certified graduates the opportunity to apply for an ICF credential using the ACC, PCC or MCC ACTP graduate application. (Module 5, not included in this enrollment)
