Coaching Christians Forward

Coaching Christians Forward is an opportunity to have fun exploring life coaching. In this weekend we learn coaching techniques, integrate Christian coaching distinctions into life, and practice coaching in an informal setting. Come prepared for authenticity, personal breakthroughs, and lots of fun.

The weekend builds skills in a powerful set of coaching conversations that combine to form a simple and effective Christian coaching session. You will leave the weekend with an experience of being a great coach.

The Weekend is:

  • A chance to explore what Christian Coaching is and isn't.
  • An opportunity to see how Christian Coaching might benefit your ministry.
  • A series of simple questions, short conversations and coaching games that allow you to discover your own coaching abilities.
  • An opportunity to relax, have fun, coach and be coached.
  • A "Jargon" free zone. We use plain language that includes everyone.
  • A unique approach to exploring coaching.
  • An opportunity to ask powerful coaching questions and speak truthfully about your goals and plans.
  • An opportunity to discover the magic of Christian Solution Focused Coaching without having to understand all the details first.
  • An opportunity to practice listening with intention and interrupting with purpose.
  • Ideal for people new to coaching. The weekend is full of easy-to-use coaching tools.
  • An opportunity to engage in discussions that can forward many areas of your life.
